What type of screens do you offer?
We offer a range of screen options to suit different devices and budgets, including:
Genuine Screens – original manufacturer-quality screens, where available. Premium OLED – high-quality aftermarket OLED screens offering excellent colour, brightness and touch response. Standard OLED/FHD – a reliable option offering a good balance between quality and price. HD Incell – a more affordable option suitable for customers looking for a budget-friendly replacement. Please note: Screen options vary depending on the phone model. We’ll always let you know which options are available for your device before carrying out the repair.
What is the difference between Genuine, Premium, Standard and HD screens?
The main differences are screen quality, brightness, thickness, touch response, display technology and price.
Genuine Screen – The original manufacturer screen, where available. It provides the closest match to the display your phone originally came with, with excellent colour accuracy, brightness, touch sensitivity and overall performance.
Premium OLED – A high-quality replacement designed to closely replicate the original display. It offers excellent colours, brightness, contrast and responsive touch, making it a great choice for customers looking for an experience close to genuine at a lower price.
Standard FHD – A more affordable replacement that offers a good balance between quality and price. Compared with Genuine and Premium OLED screens, FHD options may have lower brightness, a slightly thicker profile and slower touch response, depending on the phone model.
HD Incell – Our most budget-friendly option. It provides reliable everyday performance, but compared with OLED options it generally has lower brightness, a thicker screen profile and slower touch response. Colour quality and viewing experience may also be more basic.
In simple terms: Genuine = Original quality Premium OLED = Closest alternative to genuine Standard FHD = Good quality at a lower price HD Incell = Most affordable option for everyday use

How long does a repair take?
Most screen and battery replacements are done in under an hour. More involved repairs — water damage, board-level faults — may take longer, and we'll always tell you an estimate before starting.
Will Face ID or Touch ID still work after a screen replacement?
In most cases, yes. Our technicians take great care when transferring and handling the original components. However, some newer devices may have software or hardware restrictions depending on the repair. In some cases, particularly when the LCD or other components are damaged, features such as Face ID may become disabled or may not function correctly after the repair.
