What Milton Keynes customers say
“Excellent service from ITO Tech! I bought a new phone and traded in my old one, and I never thought the whole process would be this easy and straightforward. Danish was extremely helpful from start to finish. My old phone had a badly broken screen, which made it very difficult to see and access my data, but Danish went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred safely to my new phone. He was patient, professional and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend ITO Tech to anyone looking to buy, upgrade or trade in a phone.”
Kashif Bilal2 months ago“I honestly cannot recommend ITO Phone Tech enough. This is the second time I’ve trusted them with my iPhone 15 Pro Max—first for a straightforward screen replacement, and most recently after some rather dramatic water damage. They managed to dry out the phone, replace the battery, connector, and both the front and back screens—all for less than my first visit, as they let me know the parts had really come down in price. They keep you updated every step of the way and, impressively, won’t open or test your phone without you there. That’s proper transparency. The team are absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely trustworthy. Always polite, always full of helpful advice (the kind that actually benefits you, not just their till). I’ll be buying my next phone from these folks, no question.”
Nicky Nooa month ago“So impressed with the service received. Our dog had chewed the phone thought there was no Hope but it was repaired while we waited. Really nice friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.”
